From Altefahr to Stralsund by bike (or ferry - transfer time only 5 minutes) and then by boat to Hiddensee. After an hour's stay, the ferry takes you back to Rügen/Schaprode. Pure cycling route without ship and driving around on Hiddensee is approx. 70 km net. You can also skip the dangling trip across

Nice hike from the bicycle parking lot at the Kobbeduinen to the Willemsduin and on to the eastern end of the island. Observe bird breeding season and closure of the area from April 15th to June 15th. Two of the four sluices can actually only be crossed at low tide and with rubber boots or barefoot
