From Morteau we first went to Pontarlier. Then along beautiful lakes towards the nightmare of the Jura. On a super beautiful old railway line, partly through old tunnels, we went down to Lons le Saunier to the campsite.

At the start of my tour to Morocco, I first walked comfortably through the Neckar Valley to Horb in fantastic weather. The first real climb was waiting for me. Once at the top I could see the entire nightmare again. Then we went through beautiful forests to Freudenstadt. So now I'm in the Black Forest

Without having to pack up my tent, I got off really early and basically started at sunrise. First with a small climb, partly on completely overgrown paths. Once at the top it was a nice descent and I was able to buy something to eat for the day. Then it was about 40km very flat along an old railway line
