Schwarzwaldtour
Heute haben wir eine Stunde Autofahrt auf uns genommen und sind nach Unterstmatt gefahren .
Von dort aus startete unsere schöne Runde über den Ochsenstall , Sebelseckle - dort wird eine neue Hütte gebaut - Abstecher zum Gedenkstein für Orkan Lothar , Mummelsee und Grindenhütte auf der Hornisgrinde.

Today we took an hour's drive to Unterstmatt.
From there, we started our lovely loop via Ochsenstall, Sebelseckle (where a new cabin is being built), a detour to the memorial stone for Hurricane Lothar, Mummelsee, and Grindenhütte on the Hornisgrinde.
With such fantastic weather, it was simply wonderful

Today we enjoyed the beautiful autumn day. We cycled from the Teufelsmühle (Devil's Mill) and over the Hohlosee and Wildsee lakes to the Sommerberg. On the way home, we stopped at the Grünhütte and enjoyed the good, delicious food. We passed the Wildsee lake again and enjoyed the evening atmosphere there.

After three years, I rode a section of the Enz Valley Cycle Path again. A very beautiful route.
With a coffee break in Bietigheim, of course.

Thunderstorm in the morning, followed by drizzle. ☹️
We set out for our bike ride anyway. Along the way, we were met with a heavy shower, and then the sun came out again. We only cycled 15 km, but walked a lot along the water (without recording). We finished off the day with a stop at the pier festival 😊

Today would have actually been perfect beach weather. But we preferred cycling. The bike paths are absolutely fantastic, and there's so much to see and admire on the island. So, today we took a look at the Botswanan side of the island. Simply beautiful. 👍👍

We took a detour to the Schwanner Warte. We stopped for a bite at Pizzeria Bambi. The food was good. Good value for money.
We worked off the calories on the way home. 🤣
