The time and mileage are not entirely correct, because of the humidity (it was raining) my cell phone interrupted the recording several times.
At first the tour seemed a bit boring, only forest with no view. But from the arrival at the torrent and the ascent to the mountain village, it became fantastic

Fantastically beautiful round, the contrast of the wild mountains and then directly on the sea. Again and again fantastic views, highly recommended

My route has a few strays because the route I chose no longer works. Are all private roads now, the path was probably relocated. But a very nice area, and on the way back I even had a small bay for the dogs and myself

I actually wanted to go up to/over Les trois croixe, but the dogs couldn't go any further. Hence the slouch to the river, they urgently needed to cool down

The first/last part of the path is not nice because of the condition of the path, a wide forest highway. But then it will be nice, especially the way to the pond

The first part of the hike is quite nice, but the way back is boring, only tar road. Only for the waterfall was the long way not really worthwhile
