Da Laveggiolo al lago di Trona

Particolarmente belli sia il sentiero che dal Rifugio Trona Soliva porta al lago di Trona (attenzione ad un breve tratto dove c'è una corda d'acciaio di sicurezza) sia quello più alto che abbiamo fatto ritornando al Soliva. Percorrendo quest'ultimo tracciato abbiamo visto diverse marmotte.

At Alpe d'Era along the initial stretch of the Sentiero del Fiume. The point where the Stiri bridge allows you to cross the Meria stream is suggestive. Rejoining the usual route through a steep path that comes out near the sanctuary of Santa Maria sopra Olcio.
Alpe d'Era is always very pretty.

Beautiful walk with lots of Hellebore and Snowdrop flowers along the edges of the path; there are some icy sections to watch out for. The climb to Alpe Cova after crossing the Pioverna stream is steep only for a short stretch, then the climb becomes gentler.

Nice walk even if, for reasons of time, we shortened the route by giving up the climb to Mount Generoso. The steep descent along the State border to return to the magical village of Erbonne is challenging.
