I continued along the chain of peaks to the Risetestock. There, out of habit, I followed the Komoot route, which suggested descending from the summit in a relatively straight line toward the valley. Initially, there was a path there, but after about 100 meters of very steep descent, it eventually ended

A steep climb up Mount Pilatus. It felt like 800 meters of climbing stairs. Then a ridge walk until I found a relatively flat spot on a cliff at about 2000 meters to spend the night, with a fantastic view of Lucerne. It was quite windy, though.

It rained all night and in the morning a strong wind developed which blew a cord off the tarp. So I set off early. It remained very windy during the day. In the Höllental, Komoot wanted to send me over the 4-lane federal highway. Since I didn't want to do that, I had no choice but to push my bike up

In Mengen I rode straight over a nail, which left three holes in the tube. After I had fitted it, the replacement tube turned out to be a replacement tube for my single speed with racing bike tires. So the only thing left to do was patch it. After three attempts and two patches, something was still leaking

In the morning, I climbed the remaining 140 meters back up to the Risetestock and then took the regular descent to Gfellen. This was completely relaxed and safe, but komoot doesn't recommend it. Instead, komoot suggests the completely life-weary route from yesterday, which is only 10% complete.
