A very nice but also long tour through the natural park Fanes-Sennes-Prags. Since the road to the first hut is closed in the summer, the tour has been extended by about 6 km and about 250 meters in altitude.

At the second attempt we could do the tour. This morning it started raining heavily, so we changed the plan and went to the cheese dairy in Dobbiaco. But at 13.00 clock we are back and were lucky.

We started in sunshine but on the last third a thunderstorm surprised us. Luckily, it passed. Rain and strong wind remained. Therefore, we did not go the last bit to the summit but descended directly over the gap.

By far the most beautiful mountain lake in this area is the Sorapissee the milky turquoise water is already unique. When I was there for the first time about 2 years ago hardly anyone was there.
