Thonon_autour du Lyaud et d'Armoy
Un circuit qui tourne autour du Lyaud. Balcon super sur la route après Jouvernaisinaz. Beau panorama 360° depuis la montagne des Soeurs. Tout en bon chemins forestiers et quelques plus étroits mais faciles. La descente sur Reyvroz est moins raide qu'annoncé par Komoot et assez facile.

Tour sympa, la route forestière goudronnée au débur puis au belvédère, tout en bon chemin.

Tour de Chamechaude
Tour en très bons chemins forestiers. Principalement en forêt et donc pas vraiment de belles vues. On ne voit d’ailleurs pas souvent Chamechaude ! La route du Col du Coq est bien raide. Le tracé au dessus du Sappey est pas évident et la remontée au col de Porte est…

Miribel_ND du Chateau_grotte du Loup
Pour reprendre tranquillement après WE VTT descente à Chamrousse. Petite rando VTTae sympa. La vue du sommet de ND du Château est extra (il y a 1 petit escalier qui monte tout en haut à 15m). Pas vu de loup à la grotte, mais je suis pas allé jusqu'au fond....

To get back to a relaxed state after a downhill mountain bike weekend in Chamrousse. A nice little e-MTB ride. The view from the top of Notre Dame du Château is fantastic (there's a small staircase that goes all the way up to 15m). I didn't see any wolves in the cave, but I didn't go all the way to the bottom...

Big party the day before, so a little outing today.
The Black Enduro "Salon de la vache" is tough: steep, small hairpin paths with lots of rocks and bumps, it descends along a black ski slope! I came down the mountain bike quite a bit. Too old for these challenging levels, solo and without protection

A lovely mixed ride (e-MTB and walking)

Discovery trail after the "Rogo Mongo" trail (red_MTB e-bike - Enduro Val Isère).
A trail without difficulty, with a fairly steep but wild climb.
For the truly strong, there's "Very Bike Trip," but it's a very steep and challenging descent.
The two routes of the day ended with 3km of remaining range in turbo mode.

Beautiful Red VAE-Enduro trail. It starts on a hiking trail with steep sections, then a 4x4 trail, and ends on a gentle path. An easy descent. It continues with another red trail starting from the Olympic cable car.
Komoot planned from the Olympic cable car = expert +340m / 1h01 - 11.7km (11.5 km/h)

It climbs very steeply below the red "Arcelle" ski slope. A 40% gradient that makes the rear wheel skid and the front wheel lift, leading to loss of control. But it's beautiful and not very busy. I then find the Iseran road 4 km from the Col.

Beautiful red e-MTB trail starting from Val d'Isère (Into The Wild). No major difficulties, but a few steep and tight switchbacks that require finesse to stay on the bike.
Consumption # 330 Wh MTB 25kg + me protections and bag 85kg / 3-inch tires (with a fair amount of pedaling!). The online simulator

Discovered a very nice alternative route from the end of the FontMartin forest road (1 hour from St. Laurent du Pont) towards the Col de la Placette, which isn't on any map, but is well marked by foresters. Quite a bit of vegetation and a few fallen trees. A nice surprise at the end, on a good trail

As it melts quickly, I wanted to redo my descent of Chamechaude by the canyon (straight line from the summit), on my buttocks with the ice axe as a brake (too broken last time).
