A surprisingly beautiful tour in, or rather through the north of Hamburg. A good part of the route is too narrow for bicycles and runs along renatured streams and ditches. Flora and fauna reward tired legs. The route is particularly recommended as long as air traffic is still severely restricted.

We wanted to avoid the many people on the Brocken and started our cliff hike at the train station. The passing overcrowded Brockenbahnhof confirmed our decision.
Over a forest path it went leisurely uphill to the Trudenstein, the first lookout point. There we turned onto a stony and relatively steep path
