Von Schali aufsteigend den Wegweisern zur Weisshornhütte folgend.
Langer, einsamer Zustieg zur Hütte. Sonnenschutz nicht vergessen.
Ausrüstung: Bergstiefel, evtl. Walkingstöcke, Rucksack für Proviant (Wasser!)

Von der Weisshornhütte über die Schatzplatte nach Schali
Dies ist der etwas längere Abstieg von der Weisshornhütte über die Schatzplatte. Schöne Tour mit Ansichten auf den Schaligletscher und die Schalischlucht. Nicht empfohlen für kleinere Kinder (teils schmaler Pfad ohne Sicherungen).
Ausrüstung: Bergstiefel, evtl. Walkingstöcke, Rucksack für Proviant, Sonnenschutz

Rundtour Zermatt-Höhbalmen-Zmutt-Zermatt
Von Zermatt Aufstieg über die Edelweisshütte zum Berggasthof Trift. Von dort weiter Aufstieg nach Höbalmen (Edelweissweg). Abstieg zum Arbenbachfall und weiter über Zmutt nach Zermatt. Wem die Tour zu lang ist, kann von Höhbalmen der erste Abzeig nach Zmutt benutzt werden.
Lange anstrengende Tour mit fantastischer Aussicht auf umliegende Viertausender…

From the parking lot of the Neustadt forest bath steadily uphill to the Bielstein viewpoint, further up through the Gottestal to the Molkenberg junction. From there continue to climb to the Poppenberg Tower. Descending from the Poppenbergturm back to the parking lot.

The tour starts at the parking lot of the Neustadt forest bath and takes about 2 hours at normal hiking speed. It takes about 1 hour to get to the dam wall, from there it takes about 35 minutes to the Hohnstein castle ruins and about 15 minutes to the parking lot at the Waldbad.

By car from Täsch to Täschalp (narrow road - largely only passable in one lane). From there walk to the Täschhütte. Overnight stay at the Täschhütte. Get up at 2:00 a.m., breakfast at 2:30 a.m., leave at 3:00 a.m.
Ascent over the southeast ridge (ice nose), descent via the much easier normal route back

Strenuous tour if the means of transport is not an e-bike and it is very warm. There are several places to stop for refreshments along the route. Recommended (because I've visited them myself once or several times) are the restaurant "Zur alten Stockmacherei" in Lindewerra and the "Klausenhof" in Bornhagen
