After the queen stage came the relaxing stage. But before that we were able to enjoy the evening at the Lysefjord to the fullest and marvel at the light displays on the fjord.
We stayed at the DNT Lysefjorden Turisthytte, which we can fully recommend.
After a quiet night we took the ferry from Lysebotn

The queen stage of our Norway tour was exactly what we had hoped for. A challenge over 78 km with 1800 m altitude, but above all an absolute dream in terms of landscape. Luckily for us, the weather cooperated too.
From Setesdal a small pass road leads to the end of the Lysefjord. On the way there you

The route first

Even though in the end it was only part of the famous Rallarvegen, it was still really nice to roll the route from Finse to Haugastøl. It was always going slightly downhill and the weather was getting nicer. Snow fields could still be seen everywhere and we were alone with nature. Luckily we still had

After the mountains comes the sea.
At the end of our bikepacking trip we wanted to breathe in the sea air once again and experience the coastal flair of Norway. The first part of the almost 82 km was completely different to what we were used to in Norway. The route was flat and ran through inhabited areas
