Last day of walking for this year. Until Aubrac we continue on the plateau in the middle of the pastures with an extraordinary light but an icy north wind.
Afterwards it is a very bucolic path and sheltered from the wind which leads to St Chely d'Aubrac.

So this Aubrac ... very different from Margeride! By mountain bike we had done Aumont Aubrac - gite du Rajas (film St Javques la Mecque) via Nasbinals. The next day the gite-Laguiole- then hotel in Sainte Ursize.

Day 3, we crossed the Margeride plateau. The landscape is ultimately rather hilly and there are many "bumps". Too bad this drizzle didn't leave us.

Good pick with a track I don't remember where, which turns out to be a real pleasure when the autumn light is there 😍.... Departure from Yzeron towards Les Brosses to switch to the Brévenne side. Varied route in an environment where the view is almost always open .... with my companion of the day @M4RC
