The tour doesn't start as bad as I imagined, the knee hurts but it holds out ... the last part is then just as crisp as expected with a few hundred meters of pushing and carrying passages. As on the day before, I don't get enough oxygen into the body from 2000m and breathing becomes harder and harder

Respect, that was the motto of the 4th stage. And rightly so.
