This was very hard on the arms and hands. There are some seriously technical climbs and some rough descents. We were exhausted at the end of the ride. Need a couple of day's off before the next one.

From Spark Bridge to Brown Pike and back. very different towards the top even on e-bike. last part of the route was pushing the bike. extremely windy day near the peak, blew me off my bike.
