Today, with the lovely weather in Frankfurt, I took a stroll through the botanical garden and wandered around the city a bit. It was nice to have a change of pace ☺️💐👍☀️

After the GesundLeben trade fair in Höchst, we spent the afternoon relaxing by the Main River and around Sindlingen and Okriftel.
Completely new territory. I'd never been here before. So, a pleasant walk simply to get a feel for the area and explore the region on the other side of the Main.

A wonderful hike with many surprises, such as the Hölle nature reserve, a quarry, and Münzenberg Castle. Beautiful half-timbered houses in Münzenberg and a leaning church tower.
Views towards Butzbach and the Taunus mountains.
Another hike we'd love to do again in the spring! 😅👍

A relaxing and beautiful hike around Flörsheim. We started in Bad Weilbach, visiting the spa gardens and the sulfur spring – a refreshing drink is highly recommended 😉👍
From there, we continued along the Panorama Trail to the Flörsheim lookout tower, a stone circle, and then along a trail to the Wiesenm

A relaxing stroll that turned into a hike 😉
We started at the Wiesbaden spa gardens and caught a glimpse of the ice rink 🙂👍
The initial sections through the spa gardens were a bit treacherous, with some snow and ice. We eventually arrived in Sonnenberg.

A wonderful New Year's hike. Very varied 😅👍
Great trails, the Ungeheuersee (Monster Lake) was frozen over and had a special charm.
Small, labeled rock formations invite you to stop for photos.
Unfortunately, Cafe Solo was closed at the end of the hike, even though the website said it was open...
A very easy hike for everyone 👍🙂

The Christmas visit began with a hike from Landshut Central Station along the flood channel to the Isar River and across the Isar embankment to the meeting point in Mirskofen.
Great weather and always lovely to be back home 🤗🤗

Great views, orchards, Prinzenberg, sculpture trail, Ludwigshöhe, old Marienhöhe, and so much more.
