Due to high water, the path along the river and various bridges in Villach were closed. So we had to take a little detour. Later you come across a section of the Way of St. James, which you can in principle follow to Faak am See.

Circular hike from Bad Harzburg to the lynx enclosures on the Rabenklippe. As far as possible, narrow and less frequented paths were preferred. The way back via the quarry path leads through lonely beech forests, where we met bats and a fox in the evening just before sunset.

Beautiful paths through the birch forest overgrown by ferns. Great, intact mixed forests all around. If you like it a little wilder, this is the right place. Nice tour through sunlit forest and misty fields and moors. Wide views alternate with narrow forest paths. In the morning the hunter was still out and there was thick fog on the corn fields. We found some paths via Google Earth, but Komoot's map did not come along.
