Mit dem EMTB eine Runde durch die Brunssumer Heide, fünf Grad kālter wāre optimal gewesen, aber auch so eine tolle Ausfahrt.Jetzt wo der Sand komplett trocken ist, sind ein paar Stellen doch ganz schön rutschig.

After a long break, I hit the Wurmtal trails again. Some parts were quite shaky and awkward. A few repetitions were necessary. Given the weather, it was a bit more strenuous than usual, but it was still fun.

Greetsiel-Pilsum-Upleward dry beach. Wonderful weather and a light breeze make cycling pleasant. You'll have to look for elevation gain, but you won't miss it, as the scenery and the food offer a nice change of pace. Ideal for a long weekend.

From Dattenfeld up to the Windeck castle ruins. Great views and a worthwhile spot. Enjoy a currywurst with sweet potato fries and a non-alcoholic wheat beer with Elmores on the Siegterrasse, where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the beautiful view. Upon arriving in Dreisel, the storm sets in. I

From Dreisel along the Sieg River to Dattenfeld train station, then to Dattenfeld Castle. The route was originally supposed to continue to the castle ruins in Windeck, but since the apple clock suddenly considered the tour over, there's a second tour.

A little up and down along the Sieg, stopping at Elmores and the Sieg waterfall, then exploring the area a bit. Very beautiful, great scenery and great weather. It's fun here!

A leisurely round, but despite the low elevation gain, my heart rate shot up to 188 at one point. Luckily I can still get it into my legs🤣 Otherwise a very nice route, perhaps a bit too humid.
