After doing the GST Mythique Gravel < Spider trail 2022 - Mythique 166 km >
last week I wanted to touch the Grail! (222km in total).
Here I am content with the Oudon - Saint-Florent-le-Vieil - Champtoceaux part.
60 km more (plus 50 km of towpath to get there), some beautiful climbs

Excellent course prepared by the no less excellent Spider Team.
Good amount of carrying and engaged tracks (for a non mountain biker).
11:09 all the same, a little less without the poses (but some "poses" are linked to the very low speed when carrying the bike)
