We did this tour in June and made some changes. Basically it is the official small tour around the lake, but with quiet forest passages above the main path. Great views and quiet forest paths await you.

Very nice route. Important: there is an extreme incline at one point! Good stamina and balance are a must. A very difficult section without sticks. Please take a look at the elevation profile beforehand!
