We have chosen and decided on a small, fine round in the southern Westerwald. Again in OWL ... I really had to go to Paderborn. Formerly for shopping and in the disco and bar scene ... this time walking through the wonderful historic city center, cathedral, town hall square and many historical buildings with a lot of history. A city with lots of water and green spaces, it is definitely worth a visit.

Before the next low rolled over us, today I did a well-known but very much loved round from Himberg to the Logebachtal. Eddy in particular got his money's worth, met many large branches to drag along and met many friendly dogs, both large and small. I like this lap and I like to run it again and again

Today, due to the humid weather, I went on a short tour to one of our favorite beer gardens in Rheinbreitbach. Before that, the Kölsch was earned by a short hike ;-) I particularly liked the "lower castle" in Rheinbreitbach that I had on previous tours somehow escaped. A beautiful park-like facility

Today we went up to the Willem in almost "imperial weather". I started from a free P below the monument. For local conditions it went steeply up the beautiful Kammweg towards Wittekindsburg, a sight with a lot of sadness for me ... what unforgettable moments did we have up here and it makes me sad that
