Pleasant route for a trike without a barrier or similar. The tour starts from Bettrath on roads that are not particularly attractive, but is still easy to ride thanks to the well-developed cycle paths. From the turn-off to Rheydt Castle along the Niers, it is a really great route.

Note for those following you: This section of the Eder cycle path is not well developed for a tourist cycle path. A lot of rough gravel roads, a lot of roads WITHOUT any cycling infrastructure. Some confusing signage that leads in circles. Some VERY steep places that are also VERY narrow, encountering
