What a beautiful tour! Gorgeous views of nature, amazing panoramas, places to stop for refreshments, and a lake that takes your breath away! Crystal-clear water, the mountains, low-hanging clouds (today 😉 ). Simply beautiful.
We rode on an e-bike, and I would recommend that. It's best to go with knobby

Very nice, all-day tour with many changes, both in terms of landscape and the route. Mostly flat, well-developed paths, occasionally on country roads, but also gravel and forest paths can be mastered.
It is best to start with a trekking bike or MTB. Maybe also for gravel bikers.

I recommend heading from Sonthofen to Immenstadt, otherwise you'll have a massive climb right at the beginning. Otherwise, it's a beautiful and at times challenging mountain bike tour.
