Somewhat complicated access to the Elbe Cycle Path from Magdeburg main station.
Basically applies to all tours, so far; Signposted in places poorly to inadequately. Expect more from a “premium path.

Unfortunately the ascent was not recorded. Difficult route can only be managed with electric assistance. Underground up to the kl. Arbersee, asphalt. Subsequently sandy and graveled subsoil. Partly badly signposted. But as a reward there is good food at the Chamer hut. Start and finish was the WoMo parking lot Lohberg Hütte

Wonderful day tour. Can also be done with a normal touring bike. Racing bike not recommended, as about half of the route is on a historic railway embankment and the underground is correspondingly "rustic". You can drive through an old train tunnel (closed seasonally). Several refreshment stops along

Pleasant easy tour. The journey goes through an agricultural area, partly along the banks of the Elbe. Good accommodation in the Pension "Zur Nixe".
