Tolle Panoramablicke auf dem 1. Abschnitt auf das gesamte Rhätikon, tolle Wege zwischen Maisäßhütten vorbei am Fritzensee.
Zurück über Innerberg.
Bei schönerem Wetter wäre ein Abstecher zur Alpe Latons empfehlenswert gewesen…
Variationen am Kristberg sind endlos…

Kristberg - Dalaas - Sonnenkopf - Wassertstuben
Es ist ein sehr langer Anstieg bei der Sonnenkopfbahn, und es gibt wirklich keine fahrbare Querspange auf halber Höhe, zwei Versuche scheiterten und unsere Gastgeber vom Gasthof Kristberg ( total empfehlenswert!!) haben das bestätigt.
Ansonsten sehr schön, und wenn man das Wasserstubental befährt und ruhig ist, gibt’s auch Murmeltiere an…

This tour is adapted from the suggestion on istria-bike.com.
The signage in Istria is well-signposted, and the "cycle paths" are well-marked even without other traffic, although they are very coarse and poorly compacted in some places – which requires concentration.
The return from the beach then follows

Originally planned as a relaxed tour, Komoot predicted some strenuous sections: very steep ramps, downhill trails...again with pushing sections and just before the finish a creative route through a vineyard. The destination, Neustift Monastery, is worthwhile...back to Mühlbach on the standard cycle path

Very nice E-MTB tour: mostly on forest roads with a short pushing section on the cross route to the Gitschberg mountain station (better riders than me could also ride here) and two quite challenging short downhill sections (one washed-out path, one single trail) - but there are always alternative routes

Although there's hardly any elevation gain, the tour isn't "easy"... the numerous boulders and larger stones on the narrow path require concentration and bike control.
You'll actually be busy the whole time choosing the best bay for a dip in the clear water!
So, be sure to pack your swimsuit... the west
