Today we cycled from Heringsdorf to Świnoujście in Poland. Since the weather was rainy, we only stopped briefly at the promenade in Świnoujście before cycling to our destination in Zinnowitz.
The cycle path leads from Świnoujście along the promenade to Koserow, then continues on a varied forest path to Zinnowitz.

The tour took us overland to the Kamp-Karnin bicycle ferry. This departs once every hour and the crossing takes about 10 minutes. From Karnin, we cycled via Usedom to Mellenthin Castle. The castle houses a hotel, restaurant, and brewery. We then cycled to Heringsdorf. The pier in Heringsdorf is very impressive.

2025 eBike-Tour Tag 3 Bergen - Putbus - Greifswald
Von Bergen sind wir viel auf Forstwegen nach Putbus gefahren. In Putbus hat uns der Schlosspark sehr gut gefallen. Ein Schloss ist nicht vorhanden. Anschliessend sind wir über Land nach der Fähre in Glewiz gefahren. Die Fähre fährt alle 20 Minuten nach Stahlbrode. Anschliessend radelten wir über Land nach Greifswald.…

From Bergen, we cycled mostly along forest roads to Putbus. We really liked the castle park in Putbus. There is no castle. We then drove overland to the ferry in Glewiz. The drive from Breege via Sassnitz, Prora, and the Adlerhorst observation tower was very varied and interesting. The 60 km flew by. This was our favorite part of the six days on Hiddensee, Rügen, and Usedom.

We took the morning ferry to Hiddensee Neuendorf, then cycled to Kloster and the Dornbusch lighthouse. The view from the lighthouse is breathtaking.
Later in the afternoon, we took the ferry from Vitte to Breege, where we stayed for the night.
