Superb course during this outing between Gujan Mestras and Parentis en Born.
The panorama is magnificent all along the route between the points of view on the Arcachon Basin bordered by the Vélodyssée, the discovery of the canals leading to the lake of Biscarosse among others, all in a very varied relief

Very shaded route from the port of Lacanau to Longarisse where the picnic by the lake is essential.
Then departure to the South by following the GR8 which runs along the lake under the foliage. (Some rare sandy passages easy to negotiate.)
We then join the departmental direction of Lacanau.

Very pleasant green loop at the edge of the lake of MAUBUISSON under the foliage, up to Gracieuse for a picnic by the water.
Return to MAUBUISSON by taking the Vélodyssée.
