The circular hiking trail, starting at the Baldenau Castle ruins, runs through the open countryside, across meadows and field paths, around Hinzerath.
Highlights include the former Baldenau moated castle and the Arnika Loop through the spring moor in the upper Dhron Valley.

The Hochbermeler dream path - just under 11 km in a quiet, idyllic Eifel landscape.
Starting from the hiking car park in Fensterseifen, we started on the circular path via the access path there and followed the recommended direction (clockwise).
