This is the suggested bike tour from the SHZ. But I started in Gammellund and not at Gottorf Castle.
The route is very scenic. It goes through forests, past lakes and streams. The ice age has already created one or the other hill here.

I modified this tour slightly so that it mainly leads over paved side roads. There is a short dirt road from lookout point 1 to Kattbek.
The route should be easily manageable for tourist cyclists.
