A leisurely stage of the Heart Route. It felt like it was almost entirely downhill. We passed Soppensee, Lake Sempach (a good opportunity for lunch), and then Lake Zug.
Crossing the Reuss River was quite spectacular, as a freight train thundered over the bridge just 1.5 meters from me. Help, smelling salts, please!

Today, my husband and I are accompanying our hiking son Luca, a short distance on his 'Via Alpina' project. Pleasant hike, very moderate incline. We old people give up in "Geilsbühl" walk back to Bärgläger and take the gondola down Adelboden!

Sailing up the Ría Ulla with the pilgrim boat is an experience in itself. Jacob's crosses along the way and sunken wrecks.
Then from Pontecesures walk to Padrón to the stone coffin and then to Iria Flavia to sleep.
