Quick early morning cycle up to Stanmer Woods & back down Ditchling Rd before the winds whipped up. Nice & sheltered & a bit of walking along the narrow paths before upper lodges. Really pretty ride!

Great ride through Stanmer Woods to Black Cap. Stopped off in Lewes for lunch. Back via Kingston Hill with a 26 mile hour head wind along the top back to Brighton. If you don’t mind climbing stiles, partial walking & you could do it in a lot less time without several social stops, all part of the fun!

Really fun ride up to the Beacon from Brighton then along the top down and past the Chattri.

A fun ride this morning racing against the impending rain. Nice cut through at the top of Ditchling Rd into the woods to avoid the junction and part of the road. Beautiful views across to Firle from Blackcap.
