Did the northern loop of this year's 100km Warrior Hike last Saturday. We started from Blomberg at 10 p.m. and were back at 7:30. I've already completed the route and can say that it's going to be really hard...

Today a slightly longer run under trail conditions. The Hermann run preparation has already started again. 🤔
The nine trail shoes were run for the first time today and treated equally with dignity. Great parts.
On the last mountain I thought I was dying. Right now I regret that it's not me 🙈

From Lake Garda directly to Schönau (Palatinate). The 7 Castle Tour has been on my list for a long time.
