From the Teleferico mountain station, take Trail No. 10 with a permit to the summit of Teide (3,715 m). Then return and from the mountain station, take Trail No. 11 to the Pico del Viejo Mirador. This fits exactly within the two hours allowed with a permit.

A great loop around the Roques. Easy to manage and very interesting, especially when the viper's bugloss is in bloom and the rest of the vegetation is also in full bloom. This short tour is a must.

A very beautiful loop with views of Mount Teide almost all the way. No shade, but beautiful vegetation when it's in bloom. The trails are well signposted and easy. No difficult sections. Bring plenty of water.
