Spontaneously found it on the internet and off we went. Had some hot tea and went for a walk after a kilometer. So we continued with scraped knees and another 13 km.
You always notice how often you find corners that you don't know. I ran the last 4 km in the dark.

After dealing with our statistics ASDPC for 4.5 hours, I had to get some fresh air. The corner of Mülheim offered itself. I didn't even know the Rossenbecktal and the Rohmbachtal. 60% of the paths were paved, but that didn't detract from the charm of the tour. I marched through so much green 🌳🌳🌳🌳.

From Mülheim Raad, through Rossenbecktal and Forstbachtal, along the Ruhr, down the Himmelsleiter, the Ruhrtalbrücke in view and along numerous farms, paddocks and much more.

A wonderful hike through the green lungs of the Ruhr area.

Today's hike with the Bottroper SGV Abt. led us through the Mülheimer Ruhrauen to the excursion restaurant Liebfrauenhof where we stopped. A nice hike with great weather.
