In the well-kept castle park is also the sculpture "0 + 0 = 8" made of fiberglass by Fredrik Wretman from the year 2007.
The sculpture is supposed to symbolize Halmstad in the eighth century and the eight is created by a glass fiber zero, which is located at the height of the water surface. The idea is that it is reflected in the water, after which the bottom part of the eight should appear.
