This lovely stretch of trail follows the Don River. There are lots of places to fish or set up an impromptu picnic on the shore of the river, and forget you are in the city.

Section of the trail, south of the Finch Ave, was closed for more that a year for construction. It reopened mid May 2020. It is not paved, just course gravel, so be careful with road bikes and skinny tires. You can take detour by the next street east of trail.
