If you want to see the Engadin, go to Muottas Muragl. This advertising slogan from a brochure from long ago is still valid today. The view of the Upper Engadin is unique!
The Muottas Muragl railway was the first funicular in the Upper Engadin. Von Roll built it between 1905 and 1907. The drive was renewed in 1930, 1966 and 1992. The red carriages from 1962 are still there
