Set along the Bow River with views of surrounding peaks, Bow Valley Campground offers a comfortable base for exploring Bow Valley Provincial Park. Campsites include unserviced and walk-in sites ($31/night) and power/water sites ($47/night). All sites can be reserved up to 90 days in advance through Alberta Parks. A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required for any vehicle parked here. With showers, fire pits, potable water, and quick access to riverside trails, it’s one of the most convenient and scenic campgrounds in Kananaskis.

A large campground in Bow Valley Provincial Park, about 30 km east of Canmore, north of the highway. Beautifully situated directly on the Bow River with views of the valley and surrounding mountains.
