The Bürglhütte at the foot of the 2,366-meter-high Gaisstein is a popular destination for mountain bikers and hikers. It's not only the starting point for some challenging tours, but also a great destination for a leisurely hike with children. Mountainbiking
The rustic Bürglhütte is located at the foot of the Gaisstein, the highest grass mountain in Europe. The hut is often the destination of a beautiful mountain bike tour from the Salzach Valley, which is quite a challenge with almost 900 meters of altitude. The delicacies that are prepared with products from our own organic farm taste all the better.
