Dear Frankfurt residents and visitors, so that you also know what Green Sauce (Grie Soß) is all about, you will find a monument here with seven greenhouses, each of which is labeled with the names of the seven herbs that make up the main ingredient of this Frankfurt delicacy.

At the foot of the small, hidden path is a small box with self-service cards containing further important information about the cultivation and history of this specialty.

Traditionally the seven herbs are included in the "Grie Soß" (borage): borage, chervil, cress, parsley, pimpinelle, sorrel and chives. The seven greenhouses of the "monument" (which are empty except for the lettering with the names of one of the seven herbs) can be found on a small path that goes off the Kochstraße in the Frankfurt district of Oberrad.
