Vandring
The original task of the Wühre was to provide the driving force for the bellows and forge hammers of the ironworks and for sawmills and grain mills. Other uses, in particular meadow irrigation, which took place outside the operating hours, i.e. at night on Sundays and public holidays, were of secondary importance and only gained importance with the decline in mills and huts. Nevertheless, the various interests in use in the 18th and 19th centuries were the reason for countless processes.
