What is special about the harbor are the fishing boats, which are pulled ashore with a winch and so you can see a boat from "below". If you want, you can park your car on the beach or turn around again.

For the summer season, the bathhouses are awakened from their hibernation and placed on the beach. Around five hundred white-painted bath houses are then lined up on the beach, which look particularly appealing in sunlight and moonlight. The Danes call it "the white city".

The harbor of Løkken is definitely worth a visit. The typical Danish bathing huts on the beach are charming. The pier can be walked all the way to its end and offers a fantastic panoramic view. You can admire the beached ships up close. A stop at the surf café is worthwhile, offering delicious drinks and snacks at reasonable prices.

The adjacent pedestrian zone of Løkken boasts several restaurants with sheltered outdoor seating areas (where dogs are welcome) and charming little shops (clothing, leather goods, amber).
