The steam engine house in Potsdam is worth a visit. The tour lasts half an hour and costs four euros per person, card payment is possible. There is a lot to discover here in the footsteps of Frederick the Great. The tour is peppered with many details and amusing anecdotes. Vandring
The steam engine house on the Neustädter Havelbucht in Potsdam looks like a mosque with a minaret. Friedrich Wilhelm IV had the building built in the Moorish style between 1841 and 1843 by Ludwig Persius. It was still visible from Sanssouci Palace.
