The Wilhelm Busch Site in Hattorf, an attractive small memorial, presents a collection of works and drawings by the poet Wilhelm Busch, known as the creator of "Max and Moritz." Busch had a special relationship with Hattorf; he frequently visited the local rectory to spend time with a relative. Today, the memorial is housed in the former Hattorf mortuary, which provides a unique setting for Busch's legacy.
