Vandring

Ascent and crossing of the Schlierseespitz should only be done by very experienced hikers with mountaineering experience. And by no means alone and never in winter (never without crampons and safety devices). You have to scramble right in places and the path is only 20cm wide. Under no circumstances should you go this route as a hobby hiker. According to the mountain rescue service, it was purely a Jägersteig until 2-3 years ago and since the tour can be found on the www / apps, you have to "pick up" people there all the time.

Vandring

Due to the ticks, there is a notice on the ascent that the path is closed due to the risk of TBE.
The path is very steep and overgrown, so that it is only partially difficult to get ahead.
