Vandring
We take a moment to pause on the cobblestone historic towpath. Short break. On beautiful days, the Ruhr Cycle Path is nothing for us hikers, it is full to the brim with raging cyclists.
The Isenberg threshold is one of the few natural current thresholds in the Ruhr area. There are always interesting photo opportunities here. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises directly over the rapids, it is very attractive to walk and look on the old towpath.

Noteworthy LandArt near the rapids on the Isenberg.
People were busy and laid a sizeable stone basalt circle in the water of the Ruhr. It won't damage the bank protection, I suspect and it looks really good.
