Vandring
The Rhine Falls are an impressive natural spectacle, especially after the snowmelt. At 150 meters wide and 23 meters high, they are the largest waterfalls in Europe. In summer, up to 600,000 liters of water per second cascade down the falls. They are estimated to be approximately 15,000 years old.
Access to the northern bank is free. On the southern bank, admission costs 5 Swiss francs (including entry to Laufen Castle and access to the viewing platforms).

On the rock trip No. 1 Yellow Line you can experience the Rhine Falls from a unique perspective.
The ship takes you to the heart of the Rhine Falls, the mighty central rock. During a 20-minute stop there you have the opportunity to climb the more than 100 steps to the 30-meter-high viewing platform. The climb is worth it, once you reach the top you are rewarded with a unique 360-degree view of the Rhine Falls.
On the return trip to the harbor there is another incomparable photo backdrop!
