The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Poland in Żnin is a neo-Gothic church built in 1909 on the site of a former Dominican monastery that existed from 1338 to 1839. Originally constructed as a Protestant church, it was consecrated as a Catholic church in 1945 and formally consecrated in 2010 by Archbishop Henryk Muszyński.
The church houses baroque artwork including a painting of the Virgin Mary and Child from the original Dominican monastery, and since 2004 it has been the fourth church in Poland to possess relics of Saint Gianna Beretta Molla.
