Vandring

Very interesting during the week because you can see the operation even when the heavy machines are on the move.

Vandring

Not only does the small lookout tower have a great view into the quarry, the view towards the Taunus is also magnificent.

Vandring

The scenery at "Look into the Hole" is so unreal and fascinating at the same time. The crystal clear, green-blue water of the quarry lake reminds me of mountain lakes in the Alps, which are also located in a bare landscape, at the same time there is a brutally torn hole in an injured landscape with a wonderful view. And during the week there is real action there - obviously including explosions - for which there is a sheet steel protective shelter. Definitely look and experience!
