The Cherry Country Trail is part of this lovingly prepared network of themed trails. Historical sites, regional features, and well-marked routes invite you to discover the area around Frohnhofen, Brücken, and Dittweiler.

An ideal starting point for anyone who wants to get their bearings before setting off or learn more about the region.

💡 Tip:
Plan a few extra minutes to study the map in peace – you might discover a turnoff or two that don't appear on Komoot.

This lovingly designed fountain stands in the heart of Frohnhofen – a true piece of village identity. The carved date 1387 commemorates the first documented mention of the community, and cherries stand next to it as a symbol of the famous cherry country. Other elements such as half-timbered houses, mining signs, and ears of corn tell of the town's eventful history.

It's an ideal photo spot and also a place to pause before starting your hike.

💡 Tip:
The village shop is directly across the street – perfect for picking up a small snack or drink before setting off.
