Vandring

The ascent to the Gohrisch Table Mountain in Saxon Switzerland leads along three historic hiking trails built by Chief Forester Grünewald, with the Falkenschlucht Gorge being the most challenging. Hikers typically reach the summit in 20 to 40 minutes from a nearby hiking parking lot on the road between the spa town of Gohrisch and Papstdorf. The mountain is equipped with steps and ladders and offers magnificent views of Saxon Switzerland and the Bohemian Alps from its plateau, especially from the viewing rock with its pavilion.
